This experience gave her an opportunity to explain in detail to Recruiters and Sourcers how GitHub works and how they can benefit from this online platform.
Currently, GitHub is where over 73 million developers build, host, collaborate on innovative projects, contribute to the open-source community, and shape the future of software together. That said, GitHub has to offer Technical Sources and Recruiters a long list of the profiles with some unique candidates, who don't have accounts on LinkedIn or have deleted the information, because they were overwhelmed with the number of InMails (some have even deactivated this feature on their accounts). More fascinating thing is that unlike LinkedIn you can find here contact details and CVs, Portfolios, and a lot of interesting information and make your "time-to-response" shorter.
This course is focused on 4 sourcing methods on GitHub and is leveled, accordingly, you can start from basic and advance yourself:
This guide will walk you through a variety of search filters by users, repositories, files, issues, etc.
1st strategy
